Each group remembers the order in which it was last sorted. For example "My Clips" can be sorted by date and "Trash" sorted by size.
ClipCache can remove itself from the task bar when minimized. You can change this behaviour in Options (Window tab.)
You can have ClipCache automatically minimize when you switch to another program or drag and drop to another program. This can be setup in Options (Window tab.)

Each clip can be assigned a unique hotkey. When the hotkey is pressed, the clip will be pasted into the program you are currently working in. This can be setup by right-clicking the clip and clicking Properties.
ClipCache can play a sound when it Captures a clip. This can be setup in Options (General tab.)
You can prevent duplicate clips from appearing in the item pane. This can be setup in Options (Advanced tab.)
You can capture a window or the whole desktop as an image. To capture a window Press Alt+PrintScreen key on the keyboard. The print screen key is usually marked as 'PrtSc.' To capture the whole screen, just press PrintScreen.
Selecting a clip and pressing SHIFT + ENTER will QuickPaste the selected clip into the last used application.
Large clips can be avoided by setting maximum sizes in Options (Advanced tab, Capture Options.)
You can select multiple clips and click Properties from the right-click menu to see the total size.
You can print the clip by clicking Print in the File menu.
You can view, edit and delete hotkey clips in a central hotkey dialog box by clicking Hotkeys in the View menu, or pressing Ctrl+H.
Print margins can be adjusted by clicking Page Setup in the File menu.
You can change the active group by clicking in the space to the left of the group name.
The item pane can be sorted by any column simply by clicking the column header. Clicking a second time will reverse the sort order.
The preview pane can be enlarged by pressing F11 (press again to restore), this allows for a more usable window size when editing text clips.
You can drag and drop clips from ClipCache to any application that supports drag and drop.
The ClipMenu allows for quick and easy access to your clips via a popup menu right in the program you are working in. ClipMenu can be setup in Options (General tab.)
QuickSelect allows you to copy a clip to the clipboard with minimal fuss. You setup hotkeys to scroll through clips. Each clip is shown as a tooltip next to the cursor. This is setup in Options (Hotkey tab.)
The Source Window column shows you the title of the window where the clip was captured from.
The Source URL column shows you the URL, and sometimes the file location where the clip was captured from.
When capturing from a web page or even a word-processing document, you can right-click the captured clip and click Go to Source URL to visit the URL or load the document.
You can left-click on the QuickSelect tooltip to paste the clip into the program.
You can empty the clipboard to free up memory by clicking Empty Clipboard in the Edit menu.
You can merge multiple clips into one single clip by selecting the clips you want to merge and clicking Merge Text Clips in the Text menu, or by pressing Ctrl+M.
